These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Soulwise: Mind & Soul mobile application ("Soulwise", "the App"), developed by Michel Helsdingen. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Soulwise is a personal wellness and affirmation app designed for individual, non-commercial use. You may use the App to:

Read and interact with affirmations
Practice breathing exercises
Track your mood and daily intentions
Create and save personal affirmations

2. Health Disclaimer

Soulwise is a wellness tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The affirmations and exercises in the App are for general well-being and personal reflection only. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

Soulwise offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:

Monthly subscription — Auto-renewing, billed monthly
Yearly subscription — Auto-renewing, billed annually
Lifetime purchase — One-time payment, non-recurring

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for the current billing period upon cancellation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in Soulwise, including affirmations, designs, icons, and code, is owned by Michel Helsdingen or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without permission.

Custom affirmations you create remain yours. By using the App, you do not grant us any rights to your personal content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to App systems
Redistribute App content commercially

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulwise and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
